露點溫度(du)(du)有很多測量方(fang)法(fa)(fa)。比(bi)如:完全吸(xi)收電(dian)解法(fa)(fa)微量水分(fen)儀、氧化鋁電(dian)容式(shi)(shi)(shi)濕(shi)度(du)(du)計(ji)(ji)、薄膜(mo)電(dian)容式(shi)(shi)(shi)濕(shi)度(du)(du)計(ji)(ji)、電(dian)阻式(shi)(shi)(shi)濕(shi)度(du)(du)計(ji)(ji)、機(ji)(ji)械(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)濕(shi)度(du)(du)計(ji)(ji)、干濕(shi)球濕(shi)度(du)(du)計(ji)(ji)等等。其中,冷鏡式(shi)(shi)(shi)露點儀是最準確、最可(ke)靠(kao)、最基本的(de)測量方(fang)法(fa)(fa),但其缺(que)點是價(jia)格比(bi)較昂貴,并需要有經驗的(de)人操作及(ji)保養(yang)。機(ji)(ji)械(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)對污染承受力是最強(qiang)的(de)。其它方(fang)法(fa)(fa)都是適用(yong)于不(bu)同的(de)特定應(ying)用(yong)場合,各(ge)有各(ge)的(de)優缺(que)點,在此不(bu)再敘述。

露(lu)(lu)(lu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)是(shi)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)用(yong)于(yu)監控機房(fang)環境(jing)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要參(can)數(shu)(shu)。在(zai)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)里,肯定不能讓房(fang)間的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達到露(lu)(lu)(lu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)。現(xian)在(zai)的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)建設(she)(she)規(gui)模都(dou)比較大,機房(fang)內(nei)(nei)設(she)(she)備密度(du)也大。數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)差巨(ju)大,但露(lu)(lu)(lu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)在(zai)整個(ge)房(fang)間的(de)(de)范圍(wei)內(nei)(nei)基本上是(shi)一(yi)致(zhi)的(de)(de),所(suo)以這是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)更靠譜的(de)(de)濕(shi)度(du)調節指(zhi)標。因為大量的(de)(de)熱源冷卻設(she)(she)備沒有提供濕(shi)度(du)控制(zhi),又必須(xu)讓控制(zhi)的(de)(de)濕(shi)度(du)保持在(zai)露(lu)(lu)(lu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)以上來避免結露(lu)(lu)(lu),露(lu)(lu)(lu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)是(shi)唯(wei)一(yi)手段。根(gen)據(ju)(ju)電子信息(xi)設(she)(she)備技術(shu)的(de)(de)發展、國(guo)外(wai)相關標準的(de)(de)變化以及節能要求,對(dui)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)的(de)(de)露(lu)(lu)(lu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)等參(can)數(shu)(shu)做了(le)詳細規(gui)定。機房(fang)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)、露(lu)(lu)(lu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)和(he)相對(dui)濕(shi)度(du)應滿(man)足電子信息(xi)設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)使用(yong)要求,具體如表(biao)1所(suo)示:

在數(shu)據中心機(ji)房里,當機(ji)柜或機(ji)架采(cai)用(yong)冷(leng)熱(re)通道分(fen)離方(fang)式(shi)布置時,主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)房的環(huan)境溫(wen)度和(he)露(lu)點溫(wen)度應以冷(leng)通道的測量(liang)參(can)數(shu)為(wei)準;當電子信息(xi)設(she)(she)備未采(cai)用(yong)冷(leng)熱(re)通道分(fen)離方(fang)式(shi)布置時,主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)房的環(huan)境溫(wen)度和(he)露(lu)點溫(wen)度應以送風區域的測量(liang)參(can)數(shu)為(wei)準。主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)房的環(huan)境溫(wen)度、相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)(dui)濕(shi)(shi)度和(he)露(lu)點溫(wen)度有推(tui)薦(jian)值和(he)允(yun)許(xu)值,按推(tui)薦(jian)的數(shu)值設(she)(she)計主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)房,對(dui)(dui)電子信息(xi)設(she)(she)備在可靠性(xing)、能耗、使用(yong)性(xing)能、壽命等方(fang)面更有利。當電子信息(xi)設(she)(she)備對(dui)(dui)環(huan)境溫(wen)度和(he)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)(dui)濕(shi)(shi)度可以放寬(kuan)要求時,主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)房環(huan)境溫(wen)度、相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)(dui)濕(shi)(shi)度和(he)露(lu)點溫(wen)度可采(cai)用(yong)允(yun)許(xu)值進行設(she)(she)計。

根據(ju)露(lu)點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)而不是相(xiang)對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)來控(kong)制濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)已經由《美國(guo)采(cai)暖(nuan)、制冷與空(kong)調(diao)工程師學會(hui)》在2008年的(de)(de)(de)TC 9.9中(zhong)明(ming)確推薦,經過這(zhe)些年的(de)(de)(de)發展,絕大多數(shu)數(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)心仍遵循相(xiang)對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)規則。露(lu)點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)比相(xiang)對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)更合理,可以直觀反映數(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)。同(tong)時,在相(xiang)同(tong)壓力,同(tong)一溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)時,相(xiang)對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)大的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)露(lu)點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)比相(xiang)對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)小的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)露(lu)點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)高。以空(kong)氣(qi)為例:1大氣(qi)壓(762mmHg)25℃時,相(xiang)對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)90%,露(lu)點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)約23.5℃,相(xiang)對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)(du)30%,露(lu)點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)約14.5℃。

在2012年,《美國采暖、制(zhi)冷與空(kong)調(diao)工程師學會》更新了TC 9.9的(de)(de)(de)項目,認為8%相(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)便可以(yi)把靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)對(dui)硬(ying)件的(de)(de)(de)損害(hai)降(jiang)低(di)至一(yi)(yi)個(ge)非常低(di)概率的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)平。因(yin)此,數(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)不需要(yao)蒸發大量水(shui)加濕(shi)。這些數(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)在涼(liang)爽的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)候,完全可以(yi)使用自由冷卻,而不需要(yao)整一(yi)(yi)年都使用加濕(shi)設備。要(yao)嚴重(zhong)遵守(shou)TC9.9關于露點(dian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)使用標準規定。露點(dian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)與數(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)里的(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)關系密切,露點(dian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)越(yue)低(di),靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)越(yue)少。反(fan)之,靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)越(yue)多。在一(yi)(yi)個(ge)相(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)15%的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)環(huan)境里,設備受靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)影響的(de)(de)(de)危險是微不足道的(de)(de)(de),就算相(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)下(xia)降(jiang)到8%也只需要(yao)稍加注意。數(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)變化可以(yi)幫助(zhu)您節省能源(yuan)和提高電(dian)(dian)力(li)使用效率的(de)(de)(de)比值,這稱為PUE.一(yi)(yi)個(ge)數(shu)據(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)水(shui)平要(yao)符合表1的(de)(de)(de)規范,無論(lun)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)水(shui)平是怎樣,當操作(zuo)硬(ying)件設備或者更換硬(ying)件設備的(de)(de)(de)時候,必須佩帶(dai)防靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)手(shou)腕帶(dai)。如果是在低(di)濕(shi)度(du)(du)(du)水(shui)平下(xia)進行這些工作(zuo),特別是在移除設備的(de)(de)(de)時候,手(shou)腕帶(dai)是強制(zhi)性佩帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)。

數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心的(de)濕(shi)度變化(hua)可(ke)以幫(bang)助您節(jie)省能源(yuan)和提高電力使用效率的(de)比值(zhi),這(zhe)稱為(wei)PUE.在數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心運行(xing)過(guo)程中(zhong),要關(guan)注露(lu)點(dian)溫度的(de)變化(hua),以便發生濕(shi)度偏離正常數值(zhi)時,就要立刻(ke)啟動分析(xi),消(xiao)除露(lu)點(dian),避(bi)免(mian)對(dui)現有運行(xing)設(she)備造成損害。露(lu)電溫度是數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心內(nei)部一個重要的(de)指標(biao),要周期(qi)性地對(dui)環境進行(xing)檢查,避(bi)免(mian)由露(lu)點(dian)溫度產生的(de)靜電反復釋放,加劇縮短部分數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心設(she)備的(de)老化(hua)時間。
